Last night I watched the movie Contagion. In the movie, a deadly disease was spread by touch. Within just a few days, the disease had spread around the world, and within a few months, millions were dead.
That got me to thinking… if something bad could spread that quickly, how fast could something good spread? A good deed, thought, or kind word could affect somebody’s life even more than a virus. It could give them hope and help them see the world through a different lens. Obviously this isn’t a new idea, but maybe it’s time to give it another try?
One Moore Thing: Do something kind for everybody you touch for 30 days. Let me know if people treat you any differently and if you feel more at peace with yourself.
